📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
     
    • The product is faulty, defective, or damaged (not due to customer misuse)
    • You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity

  • Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., placing the wrong order, changing your mind) will incur a 15% handling fee.

  • All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return. Our company does not reimburse return postage under any circumstances.

  • Returned items must be in unused, as-sold condition, with original packaging and all included accessories (manuals, certificates, tags, consumables, etc.).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, including transit, inspection, and bank processing time.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
