- The return or exchange policy would only be applied when the products you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the products are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity.

Products should be returned within 10 days from receipt date in the condition that the product is unused and as-sold condition in original packaging with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes.

The exchange is subject to our stocks availability.
- Return or exchange postage cost is pay by customers. If the return or exchange is verified by us as our fault, we will refund your paid postage cost to your bank account for this order payment.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, but not personal reason (place the wrong order, change your mind, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The 15% handling fee will be charged while the return caused by the personal reason.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
